Will I be playing with other participants?

Unless you book the party room or all tickets for that game, you may be paired with other players. If you are paired with other players and do not want to play with others, we can move you to the next session (if it's available) but you will be required to pay for an additional ticket as a fee for switching without a 24 hour notice.

How do I book an entire room?

To guarantee a private session, you will need to purchase the maximum capacity for that specific game room or add the party room to your reservation. Our rooms have the following suggested capacity:

A Very Holiday Escape | 2 - 10 players

Pirate's Revenge | 2 - 8 players

Is an adult required to play?

An adult is not required to play. Our trained staff monitors the room for the duration of the game via cameras that are in the game room. However, we do encourage adults to join in the fun as our rooms are designed so all players are challenged regardless of age or ability.

How early should I arrive for my game?

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your game start time. Games will begin exactly at their start times and being late might cause you to have less than sixty minutes to play.

Do you offer refunds?

All of our games are non-refundable. However, we can reschedule your game if you contact us at least 24 hours prior to your game start time.

Do you host team building activities?

Absolutely! This is an excellent activity for sports teams, Girl or Boy Scouts, morale events, leadership teams, etc. To book your group event, please email info@escapejr.net or call (701) 388-1905.
